Christmas at Grandview

I don't know if you remember me but I was the President of the Interact club that your club sponsored in 2005-2006.  I wanted to ask you if you could pass on this message to the Rotary Club of Edmonton West for me, regarding the Christmas party that you hosted at Grandview extended care.  Thanks a million!

 

 

To the Rotary Club of Edmonton West:

 

I wanted to send you a little thank you for your work at Capital Care Grandview extended care, particularly for the lovely Christmas party that you hosted on December 7th, 2010.  My grandmother is a new resident at Grandview this year and events such as this one have made her transition from living at home to a care facility much smoother.  She, as well as my aunt and I, attended on December 7th and my grandmother was so touched by the evening and the music that she was brought to joyful tears several times.  She so enjoys Christmas and it warmed my heart to see her, as she is very dear to me, so happy.  Thank you for recognizing the need for events such as these and for your commitment and dedication to our societies older generation.
