The registration form for our Charity Golf Tournament at Cougar Creek on Thursday, July 29th is available for you to download from the Downloads section of our Website.

To view, download, print, or save the document, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the HOME page of the Website.
  2. Scroll down the right hand side of the page to find DOWNLOADS.
  3. Find and click on "Al Hamilton & Friends Tournament Registration Form - 2010".
  4. You will now be able to view the form.
  5. Click on the printer icon to print it out, or click on the save icon to save it to your computer.

Please share this document with your friends or others in your office as an attachment to an e-mail, or perhaps post a copy on your office bulletin board.

If you are not golfing that day, but would like to participate as a volunteer, please let Brian Thompson know that you are available for either the full day, the morning only or the afternoon only.  We need about 20 volunteers to help with the putting and chipping contests, sell mulligan tickets, help register golfers, distribute information sheets and maps, monitor the hole-in-one holes, shuttle goods to the food and drink holes, set up the prize displays, assist with the auction, and help with clean-up at the end.  It will be fun, and you will be rewarded with a good breakfast and/or a steak BBQ.
