OUR GUEST SPEAKER: Mark Kahan, Canadian Cancer Society
Wheels of Hope
Our guest speaker, Mark Kahan, became aware of the Canadian Cancer Society’s Wheels of Hope volunteer driver program through his brother-in-law and Rotary Club member, Fred Kraft, who has been a volunteer driver with the program for over 15 years. Mark became a volunteer driver himself in 2014 and shortly thereafter, joined the staff as a volunteer coordinator. As a childhood cancer survivor, Mark is incredibly passionate about the Wheels of Hope program, that helps people who may not have any other way to get to and from their life saving treatment.
Mark will tell the Club more about the program and how Rotarians can contribute to its work. Fred may also be willing to speak a little about the work he has done with the program over the years.

Parking for those attending the luncheon meeting in-person is available in Lot 5108, accessible off 116 Street, south of Saskatchewan Drive for $5.50 between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Remember your license plate number.
