Thanksgiving at Boyle Street ~ FULL

As you will have heard on the news, Boyle Street Community Services has closed. They have relocated their services to several locations until their permenant home is ready. They will be providing the community with a Thanksgiving meal cooked by NAIT at the Boyle Street Plaza (9538 - 103A Avenue). Considering the need at the moment they are anticipating to feed 700 people. I am looking for some volunteers to help with the following:

Shift 1: 9 AM – 3 PM ~ Volunteers needed: 8-10 volunteers

• Setup
• Decorate
• Accept food delivery
• Handout meals
• Clean tables
• Answer questions
• Other duties

Shift 2: 2 PM – 7 PM ~ Volunteers needed: 8-10 volunteers

• Handout meals
• Clean tables
• Answer questions
• Other duties
• Take down and clean up

Please let me know which shift you would like to work in the comment box. If you can only volunteer for a few hours, please put that in the comment box as well. I need to make sure that the shifts are covered.

Our club will be providing the pumpkin pies for the meal again this year.

Cheers,

Annie
