Rotary Edmonton West Luncheon Feb 10th

Come and join us for our regular luncheon meeting at 12 noon on Monday, Feb 10th to enjoy fellowship and an interesting presentation.

Our guest speaker will be Rachael Putt, the Manager of Housing Policy and Homelessness with the Affordable Housing and Homelessness Section of the City of Edmonton. Rachel has agreed to speak to our Club about the crisis of unhoused persons in Edmonton and area and measures the City is adopting to alleviate it. We have asked Rachael to address what our Club and its members can do to contribute to this effort.

Rachael has been working in the field of affordable housing and homelessness for a decade in non-profit, political, and local government settings. In her current role, she is responsible for the development of the key plans and strategies designed to increase and maintain affordable supply and to improve locally-led responses to homelessness. She holds a Master of Science from University College London's School of Public Policy.
