In-person attendance will include a BBQ dinner for $50 per person, payable in cash or by cheque at the door.
This will be our change-over meeting, held in the evening rather than at lunch. When you register, please email me to let me know if you would like a beef, chicken or veggie burger. You will be able to add cheese when you pick up your burger. Let me know if you require a gluten-free bun and dessert. There will be an assortment of salads, fries and condiments, with strawberry shortcake for dessert. We will welcome Darryll White as our president effective July 1st.
PARKING
Parking for those attending the meeting in-person is available in Lot 5108, accessible off 116 Street, south of Saskatchewan Drive for the evening rate of $5.50. Remember your license plate number. You can pay for parking at the machines located at the southeast corner of the lot or in the lobby of the University Club, or using the Honk Mobile App. Note that fines for illegal parking at the U of A are substantial.
