"She's All That" Event - May 14th

Hi,

"She's All That" is happening on Thursday, May 14th.  Hope you can come and will pass this message on to your club members.

It is a membership initiative to encourage more women to join Rotary; currently only 34% of our membership is women. This event is for all Rotarians - it is not a women's only event! Think of  a woman you know that might like to learn more about Rotary.

The event is being held in Edmonton, the evening of May 14th from 5:00pm - 7:30pm at Snow Valley Ski Hill.

Dean Rohrs, a fabulous Rotary speaker and soon to be an International Director will be coming from BC to share her Rotary story.

Six Women will be receiving a "Light Up Rotary" Award for their leadership in lighting up rotary during 2014-15.  The recipients are from Grande Prairie, Jasper, Drayton Valley, Camrose, Vegreville and Edmonton.

There will lots of opportunity to mix and mingle, great food, refreshments, no host bar, lots of free parking and seats for everyone.  Last year's event was standing room only!

It will be a celebration of this year's  accomplishments and an opportunity to learn how some club leaders were able to  significantly increase membership, bring an idea home from the Interntional Convention and turn it into reality or build a million dollar community facility.

I know this is a very busy time of year for everyone as clubs are planning Rotary Days, fundraisers, chartering new Interact Clubs or planning special turnover events but I hope you will come if at all possible.

Tickets are only $30.00 and are available online:CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR TICKETS FOR SHE'S ALL THAT!

Thanks, if you are already promoting the event  or have  already purchased your tickets.

Hope to see you on the 14th,

Regards,

Linda Robertson
