Proposed New Member - Darrel Ripley
Darrel Ripley was born in Drumheller, Alberta, and is married to Peggy. Darrel has a Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation, along with a Human Resources Certificate, General Management Diploma and has been awarded a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB). He has operated his own businesses in the human resources services and residential development sectors and has held leadership roles in commercial, agricultural, retail and investment banking, 17 years within Royal Bank Financial Group.
Darrel was past president and director with St. Albert Minor Baseball, a past director with Baseball Alberta and has held civic volunteer positions in recreation and economic development. A past charter president with Rotary International and volunteer with the Edmonton Christmas Bureau.
Darrel has been proposed for membership by Chris Gowers. He has had membership previously in the Rotary Clubs of Edmonton Northeast, Morinville and St. Albert.
