Hi Everyone,

There are still spots available for our tree planting event through the City of Edmonton's Root for Trees program:

Guided Tree Planting
Our Guided Tree Planting program is two hours in length, and facilitated by Root for Trees Program Leaders who guide the planting demonstration, deliver a safety talk and provide interesting facts about Edmonton’s urban forest. Volunteers are provided with shovels, gloves and plant material.

All ages are welcome. They request that there be one responsible person over the age of 16 for every three children under 7 years old.

Public Registration Root for Trees ~ Guided Tree Planting

The Rotary Club of Edmonton West meets every Monday (except Statutory Holidays) at 12:00 noon. We meet in person at the University Club at the UofA every second week. You can also join those meetings on Zoom. Alternate weeks are Zoom only meetings.

Please refer to the Upcoming Speakers at out Weekly Meetings List for our ZOOM connection details. Our in person meetings are typically about an hour and a half, and Zoom only meetings are typically about an hour.
