Message from Spencer is donate to the Rotary International Foundation as most of the donation comes back to be used by our district's clubs.

Fine Master: Joe raised fines{members that brought in new members in the last 12 months were exempt} by asking what Rotary month is August (membership). He then looked for happy bucks: David & Carol Turner 54th wedding anniversary; Mike & Shawna Ryan 15th wedding anniversary; Fred Kraft survived a car accident in Seattle and walked away from it. Joe then asked each table for ideas on increasing membership growth: challenge members & provide a prize, loan Rotarian magazine to interested people, add people to ebulletin of Westerner, provide the 12 letters created by Rotary District 5370 about Rotary to potential recruits, talk to everyone about Rotary, for Santa Clothes project try to bring people that are involved in that project but are not in Rotary to learn about our organization, put up more Rotary signage at the sites of our local projects.
50/50: Ken and Brian Murphy did not match cards, about $178 carried over
