  kids and grandkids!!!   The Root for Trees program helps to expand Edmon
 ton’s urban forest by planting trees for Edmontonians by Edmontonians. 
   Our club is registered for a Group Planting Program with Root for Trees
  on June 21st from 10 to 12 pm.   Location: Rapperswill - North of 1241

 g along Rapperswill Drive NW and 123 St NW    Registered planting progra
 ms allow for a maximum group size of 60 people so bring a friend\, or bett
 er still your kids and grandkids...they will love it!!   We plant outdoor
 s\, so please dress for the weather! Working in a natural area\, it is p
 ossible that you may encounter thistles\, sticks\, or garbage. Consider dr
 essing in layers\, long pants\, and wearing a hat. You and your volunteer
 s must wear sturdy\, closed-toed shoes\, such as runners. Volunteers may 
 not participate in planting activities if they wear inappropriate footwea
 r\, such as sandals\, flip-flops\, or high heel shoes.    Remember to b
 ring a water bottle and snacks\, as planting trees can be a very physical 
 activity! We suggest you bring sunscreen\, bug spray\, and anything else t
 hat will make your planting program an enjoyable experience. Root for Tre
